Touch-Tone Banker Rules & Regulations
It is understood that the use of MWBank
Touch-Tone Banker constitutes an agreement to these rules and regulations
which shall apply in addition to those which make up the underlying
account relationships you have with MWBank.
Transactions Requests through MWBank
Touch-Tone Banker can only be initiated through the use of your Account
Number along with your Access Code and Personal Password Number and then
only between and with accounts which you are authorized to access. Any
transactions which consist of a withdrawal, transfer, or inquiry from an
accessible account will be considered to be an order and authorization to
the bank to pay/complete the request from your account. The bank will not
complete a transaction, however, if it would create an overdraft in your
account, unless you have entered into another agreement with the bank
providing for the borrowing or transfer of funds to cover such
transactions. Transfers made after 6:00 p.m. will be effective the
following business day.
Protection of your Personal Password Number Your
Personal Password Number is provided solely for your personal use and
protection. You agree to:
1. Follow the current rules and regulations governing
the use of
MWBank Touch-Tone Banker.
2. Safely keep the
account numbers, access number and personal
password number and not permit
anyone else to use them.
3. Not to disclose or make the account numbers,
access number or
personal password number available to anyone else.
4. Immediately report to the bank any loss, theft, disappearance, or
other
known or suspected unauthorized use or disclosure of your
access or
personal password numbers.
The Bank may terminate your privilege of using MWBank Touch-Tone Banker or may, subject to the provisions of these
rules, withhold approval of any transaction at any time.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible to the bank
for money obtained by the authorized use of MWBank
Touch-Tone Banker to the extent that the bank is unable to charge an
accessible account, you will be considered to authorize the bank to charge
any of your other accounts at any time. If your other accounts are
insufficient to cover the value of the withdrawal or transfer through the
use of MWBank Touch-Tone Banker, you will be responsible
to reimburse the bank for any deficiency.
Unauthorized Access
The name, address, and telephone
number of the bank to be notified, in the event you believe that
unauthorized access to your account has or may take place, is: MWBank, 6001 West Capitol Drive, Milwaukee, WI 53216, (414)
442-5800. If you furnish another person your access and personal password
numbers, you will be deemed to have authorized all requests and
transactions which may take place until you give actual notice to the bank
that further transactions are authorized.

MWBank Touch-Tone Banker Transactions
In the event you believe an error has occurred or if you
have any questions concerning MWBank Touch-Tone Banker
transactions, you should telephone (414) 442-5800 or WRITE MWBank, 6001 West Capitol Drive, Milwaukee, WI 53216 as soon as
possible. Our business days are Monday through Friday, with the exceptions
of holidays.
Fees
Each accessible account will remain subject to any
fees and charges provided for in any separate agreement or regulation
covering the account.
Amendments
The bank may amend these rules at any time
upon 31 days notice, unless the law provides for shorter notice. Such
amendments shall be effective upon the mailing by the bank of a copy of
such amendments to you at the address to which your account statements are
sent.
